
Oven-rosted sweet potatoes by @recipesformax
This is a great vegetable dish to accompany any meat or chicken.
You need
- Baking dish
- 3 large sweet potatoes;
- 3 red onions;
- Fresh rosemary;
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Dice peeled potatoes into 1 inche squares.
- Cut onions into wedges.
- Place them in the baking dish and roll in olive oil. Try to keep the potatoes in a single layer.
- Add the rosemary and black pepper.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes or until tender.
