That was an accidental recipe when I was left with an empty fridge and needed something to cook quickly. Then I realised that this is actually a common combination in Greece. Although I doubt they put dill in it…

You need

  • Non-stick pan

ingr Ingredients

  • 2 eggs;
  • 100g feta;
  • 10g dill;
  • 1 green pepper (optional);

methodStep by step

  • Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add salt an black pepper. Beat well with a fork.
  • Add the crashed feta, chopped dill and pepper.
  • Put a frying pan with a knob of butter on a low heat.
  • When the butter has melted, settle the eggs back down on the base of the pan.
  • Cook swirling the eggs with a spatula.
  • Eat while the omelette is hot.
