You need
- Non-stick pan
- 2 eggs;
- 100g feta;
- 10g dill;
- 1 green pepper (optional);
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add salt an black pepper. Beat well with a fork.
- Add the crashed feta, chopped dill and pepper.
- Put a frying pan with a knob of butter on a low heat.
- When the butter has melted, settle the eggs back down on the base of the pan.
- Cook swirling the eggs with a spatula.
- Eat while the omelette is hot.
