
Pasta with mozzarella by @recipesformax
This pasta has been my saviour for so many years! Simple ingredients, no need to cook a sauce, and it makes a light tasty lunch or dinner.
- 10 cherry tomatoes (or 1 large vine tomato);
- 10 mini mozzarella balls (or 1/2 125g mozzarella cut into cubes);
- 3-4 basil leaves;
- 100g dried pasta;
- Freshly grounded black pepper;
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil;
Step by step
- Add salt to boiling water.
- Add the pasta. Stir it occasionally.
- Follow the package directions for cooking times (for “al dente” pasta always reduce the time by 1-2 minutes).
- Drain pasta, add mozzarella, tomatoes and basil leaves.
- Lightly season with olive oil and black pepper.
