
Chocolate bean cake by @recipesformax
This cake is very light and super easy. Forget step-by-step instructions, just put all ingredients into a food processor and whiz until the mixture is smooth. I usually serve it with dulce de leche to make it even more irresistible.
You need
- Food processor
- Non-stick cake tin
- 100g rice flour
- 3 eggs
- 400g red kidney beans can
- 100g sugar
- 75ml sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa unsweetened powder
- 11g baking (levure) powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- dulce de leche to serve
Step by step
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until you get a very smooth batter.
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Oil the cake tin, and spoon the batter into the tin speeding it evenly.
- Bake for approximately 30 min (check it with a wooden stick – it should come out clean).
- Serve with dulce de leche.
