This cake is very light and super easy. Forget step-by-step instructions, just put all ingredients into a food processor and whiz until the mixture is smooth. I usually serve it with dulce de leche to make it even more irresistible.

  • Food processor
  • Non-stick cake tin

ingr Ingredients

  • 100g rice flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 400g red kidney beans can
  • 100g sugar
  • 75ml sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa unsweetened powder
  • 11g baking (levure) powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • dulce de leche to serve

method

Step by step

  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until you get a very smooth batter.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Oil the cake tin, and spoon the batter into the tin speeding it evenly.
  • Bake for approximately 30 min (check it with a wooden stick – it should come out clean).
  • Serve with dulce de leche.
