
Crab meat and red radish super-salad by @recipesformax
This is the first recipe in my super-salad season. All these salads have 4 layers: salad leaves base, veggies, fruits, and then meat, chicken, fish or seafood. My favourite fruits are oranges and red grapefruits because they bring this nice sour taste which goes very well with meat and fish.
- 100g spinach;
- 1 watermelon radish;
- 1 orange;
- 1 cooked beetroot;
- 170g can crab meat;
- 80g garlic and herbs pita bread chips;
- olive oil with chilli, balsamic vinegar (or pomegranate molasses)
Step by step
- Arrange spinach on your plate.
- Peel the radish and orange and thinly slice them.
- Cut the beetroot into small cubes.
- Drain the crab meat and add it to the salad.
- Top your salad with crashed chips.
- Season with spicy olive oil and molasses.
