This is our favourite dip. All our friends ask for this recipe when they try it at our parties. So here we go…

You need

  • Food processor;

ingr Ingredients

  • 140g pack smoked mackerel ;
  • 1 small red onion;
  • handful coriander;
  • 250g pack ricotta;
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice;
  • black pepper to taste;

methodStep by step

  • Peel the skin off the fish and discard.
  • Put the fish in a food processor, breaking it up slightly. Add all other ingredients and whiz for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is smooth.
