
Pasta with tuna by @recipesformax
This is another classic example of super easy and affordable healthy recipe. Simple 1-2-3 steps and your dinner is ready! This recipe comes from my friend from Sicily.
- 2-3 handful of dry pasta;
- 10 cherry tomatoes (or 1 large vine tomato);
- 80g can of tuna in spring water or brine;
- 8-10 black olives;
- 1tbsp of light mayo;
Step by step
- Add salt to boiling water.
- Add the pasta and follow the package directions for cooking times (for “al dente” pasta always reduce the time by 1-2 minutes). Stir occasionally.
- Drain the pasta, add the tuna (drained), chopped tomatoes, olives and mayo.

- 350g black pitted olives – £1.00
- 500g penne pasta – £1.70
- 350g mayo – £1.15
