
Greek salad by @recipesformax
This salad is great as a side dish or a light dinner. The main trick is buying local fresh vegetables. It’s super quick, it takes just ten minutes to make.
- 1/2 small red onion;
- 2 medium vine tomatoes;
- 1/2 sweet bell pepper;
- 1/3 cucumber;
- Small bunch of coriander;
- 8-10 black olives;
- 50g feta cheese;
- Freshly grounded black pepper;
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil;
Step by step
- Roughly chop all the vegetables.
- Add fork-mashed feta cheese.
- Lightly season and serve with crusty bread or rye crackers.
