The main trick with this salad is cutting all vegetables into very tiny cubes. It changes salad’s texture and releases juices from the vegetables. I usually tend to buy sweet peppers in mixed packs and there is always a green pepper in each, which Max doesn’t really like on its own, and green peppers are the best to use with this salad. It goes well with fish or meat.

  • One green bell pepper;
  • 1/3 of cucumber;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 1 small bunch of dill;
  • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar;

method

Step by step

  • Cut all vegetables into very small cubes.
  • Add finely chopped dill.
  • Season with a bit of salt, olive oils and balsamic vinegar.
