
Summer salad with dill by @recipesformax
The main trick with this salad is cutting all vegetables into very tiny cubes. It changes salad’s texture and releases juices from the vegetables. I usually tend to buy sweet peppers in mixed packs and there is always a green pepper in each, which Max doesn’t really like on its own, and green peppers are the best to use with this salad. It goes well with fish or meat.
- One green bell pepper;
- 1/3 of cucumber;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 red onion;
- 1 small bunch of dill;
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar;
Step by step
- Cut all vegetables into very small cubes.
- Add finely chopped dill.
- Season with a bit of salt, olive oils and balsamic vinegar.
