This is one of Max’s favourites since he was born in Italy. This super easy meal makes a perfect light dinner especially in the summer.

Ingredients

• 1/3 small sweet melon;
• One pack of Italian prosciutto;
• One small pack of rocket or la rucola;
• Olive oil and balsamic vinegar (I would never compromise buying cheaper options of these two…);

Step by step

• Arrange the rocket to cover your plate. Add oil and vinegar.
• Cut the melon into cubes and put them on top of the rocket leaves.
• Add prosciutto.
