
Prosciutto con melone by @recipesformax
This is one of Max’s favourites since he was born in Italy. This super easy meal makes a perfect light dinner especially in the summer.
- 1/3 small sweet melon;
- One pack of Italian prosciutto;
- One small pack of rocket or la rucola;
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar (I would never compromise buying cheaper options of these two…);
Step by step
- Arrange the rocket to cover your plate. Add oil and vinegar.
- Cut the melon into cubes and put them on top of the rocket leaves.
- Add prosciutto.
